The Juanita High School choirs believe in the importance of singing, developing musical literacy and musicianship, and understanding and passion for the choral arts. Choir is a place where students can grow into their personal identity while establishing a strong bond with the ensemble as a whole.

Director:
Mrs. Boggs has been teaching choir at JHS for 2 years but has been teaching at JHS for 5. Mrs. Boggs went to high school in the LWSD at Lake Washington High School and graduated in 2010. She then went on to complete her Bachelors in Vocal Performance at Whitworth University as well as her Masters in Vocal Performance at Central Washington University where she also attained her teaching certification with an endorsement in Choral Education.
Mrs. Boggs also works as an accompanist, music director, and vocalist for a variety of performances in the greater Seattle area. Mrs. Boggs is happily married to her husband Markus. |
